How we roast
Since 1932, at Stammgast, we've been roasting the best quality beans grown only in certain regions of the world. As a boutique roaster, we work with the traditional drum roasting method. With this method and our traditional roasting recipe, we reveal the true flavor profiles of green coffee.


Our carefully selected beans are roasted at low temperatures for a long time. A roasting tour can take up to 25 minutes. In the modern age of two-minute industrial roasting, that's almost an eternity.

All of our coffee comes directly to us, to our roasting facility, from the farmers of the regions where it is grown. This allows us to maintain our standard and high quality in our products.
